We offer remote desktop services to provide you with no hassle repairs in most cases. However, in the off chance you cannot access the internet or have issues due to infections accessing the remote software an office visit may be needed.

Our unique in-shop repair process that separates us from the rest:

 

Step 1

Set an appointment to drop off your machine. Once we receive the equipment we will always perform the following as a courtesy for our clients.

  • Inspect key parts for typical failures.
  • We then clean the computer inside and out.
  • Verify the integrity of the internal hard disk drive.
  • If any issues arise that are detrimental to the life or quality of the pc we will notify you prior to any work being completed. *laptops and all-in-one pc's are only per request at an additional fee.

    Step 2

    Investigate the original complaint and any other potential issues that is relevant to that complaint. After diagnosis of the issue an estimate of repairs will be presented and await client approval. After approval we will then complete all discussed and necessary repairs.

    Step 3

    Notify client that their equipment has been repaired and scheduled a time for pickup. At the time of pickup personally go over all the repairs and any suggestions to prevent any further issues. Answer any questions or concerns the client may have.
